SECTION l:- That for Saturday, October 3rd, 1925, between
the hours of 9 0�eloek i.n the forenoon and 6 o'elock in the af'�er-
noon it is hereby made a misdemeanor to park an automobile, truck
or other vehicle on Broadway between West End Boulevard and Perry
,�►venue. It is also declared to be a miedemeanor to loiter on, about
or han� on or alon� the fenee on the North aide of Broadway bEt�reen
�lest End Boule�ard and Perry �Qe, betwesn the hours of 9 o*clock in
�he forenoon and 6 e•clock in the afternoan, 3aturday Oc�obsr 3, 192�;
Any �iolatian of this Ordinance is made a misdemeanor and upon
conviction of the vialation of this Ordinance may be p�nished by a
�ine of not less than One Dollar (�1.00) nor more than One Hundred
, Dol].ars (�100.00) .
� 3ECTION 2:- Thi.s Ordinance shall be in force and take �ffect
from and after it� passage.
SEClION 3:- Cammission Fexan Ordinance No. 374, passed and
spproved an the 29th day of September, 1�25, entit led, "An Ordinanee
a_ to prohibit parking on the North side of Broadway between West End
� Boulevard and the Perryville Roal!"is hereby repealed.
Passed and approved thi� 3rd day of October� 1925.
