the Clerk of tihe Cau rt by which they are appointed and w hen said
report nas been app roved by the Court, tne City Clerk shall secure
�rom the Clerk o� the sa-:.d Court, a eertified �o� of such report for
the use o� the �ouncil, and the Couneil ehall thereupon as seon as
may be, eonsider the sam�a and order warrante to be issued to the
per.�ons entitled to t�e damages a9sessed, i� any, or a �varrant issasd ;
to the Clerk of the Court for euch persons or Hhall follow such pro-
ceedings as tne Council shall determine, and i�' i� determines to �
