City of C�.pe Girardeau, that the �aid water courses and lands for the Ri�ht- ;
of-W2y be obtained by �ift, purchaee or condemnation or other-�+vise legally,
in order to carry out the proposed sewer project, of Sev:er District No. 5,
in the City of' Cape Gir�,rdeau, Missouri.
