BE IT OI�DAI�4Tr,D SY THE CITY COIINCIL OF T�;E CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIGN 1. That the National Electrical Code is hereby
adopted as the Star.dard fcr all electric�l installation�, and no in-
� sta7.lation af electrical equip�ri�nt shall be made, except in conformit,y
�: thereto, vuithin ti7e corporate Zimits of the City of Cape Girardeau. .
� � SECTION E. Any person, firm or corporation violating this
orc3inance shall� upon conviction� be fined not less than Fiv� Dollar�
(�5.00) nor more than Twenty-five Dollars (�25.40) for eacYi offense.
Each ten days of maintenance of prohibited conditions constit,uting a
separ�te offense. __ --
- ::ECTION 3. AIl ordinances or parts of ordinances in

conflict with the foregoing are hereby repealed. ,
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and bc in
force from and a�'t�r its nassage.
