cen�er of Indep�ndence street to �e center oP Bloar�iiPld street in
tho City oP Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as made b�r the Cit;,T Bngineer
atd to make the sr�me the per��nen� grade of said �art o� Hende-rson.
Avenue, to grade and macadamiZe said part oP Hendez�svn avenue,
to approve and adopt �lan.s t�r�.d specifications Por s�id iraprovemant-s
and to let contract for sa�.8 work, to proyide �or the payment
thereof by special ts� levy on the real propert�, lots and parcels
of ,rou�d Pronting or alratt,ing on said p��t oP Henderson avenue, r
and to make said spec3.al tax levy p�rable in five annual p�zyments

p�.rt of Henderson avenue", be and the same is hereby amenaed by
str�.king out Section 2 of said ordin�nce and inser�G�.ng in lieu
thereo�, �rhich is substituted �o'r and shall be kr�ol�n as Section 2
of said ordinance, the followings

of the City Cler�, be aud the same are h�reb�r approved, and that
in �ccordance with said plans Qn.d specificatioue the said
Hen.derson avenue ahall be graded frvm lot line to lot line to safi
establi�hed ;rade and �hen thus brou�it to ,�rade and the road bed
sh�7,.1 be sufficien�ly settled, the same tn be dete�nined by the
Street and �Vhar� Commi,ttee, then said street shall be thorou�l�t
rol�.ed �rith a ten. ton steam ro�.d roller to con�orm to the plan.
