An Ordinance �ppropxiating the City Revenue for the fi�cal y�ear
ending on the ihirtietn day of June , 1909.
BE � IT ORLAII:ED by the City Council of the Cit� of Cape Girar-
deau, i:iis�ouri, as follows :

Section 1. 'I'he sum of Thirty-o�e �housand, T�ine �iundred and
Lwenty-five Dollars („'31925.00) is hereby appropriated, as hereinaf-
ter sepeified, out of the General hevenue �'urzd of the City o� Cape
Girardeau, T:"is�ouri, as tne sazi:e �i�all have been �sid into the city
treasury to the credit of said fund,for the eurrent expenses of said
cit� for the fiscal year beginnin� on the First day of July, 1908,
ar.d ei�ding on tne �`hir�ieth da;; of June, 190�J . Sai�. ari�ounts to be
dra�vn upon b;T �otion or resolution of the City Council of said city,
or as ot��errise pro�ided by ordinance, not to exceed the sUsns for
purposes nerein specified.
