council on October 6, 1904, a profile showir_g the grad�. of Louisiana ;
Avenue f'rom �ilerriM��ether street to Bloa�field street, �est End Place
Saccnd Addition to the City oP Cape Gir�irdeau, and r�sking the council
to udopt sr�id grade r�s so shown on said proPile as th� perM�nent grade
of' said Louisiana Avenue for trie dis�Ance nr�:ied, �r.ic�� proP'1� was �
exam�ncd and on motion approved b� said council; now therePore,
B� it ordained by the Council of the City of C�pe Gir�rdeAu,
R�issouri, ae fallow�s:
Section l. Th�t the grade of Louisiar_a �venue ProM the north
side oP ��Zerriwether street to the n�rth side cP Bloo��'ield street, cross-
ing Wi11ia� and Gaod fIope streets, is hereby �.idopted and estrablished the
perm�r_er_t grade of ��id part of Louisiana Avenue, and shall hereafter be
held �znd tuken as such.
Section 2. Th�t the �rofile of the grade of �aid LouisiF:�na
Aver.ue, subr�itted by said Painter Realty Co:�pany, be and the s�me is
hereby made a p�rt o#' tn.is ordinance, and ar. exact ccpy of s�id prof�le
of the grade of s�id p�rt oP Loizis�ana Avenue as hereby adopted and
est�blished, said cop� to be furnished by the said P4intv�r Re<:ilty
Gor.i�any y�ithout expense to th• city, sh�ll be insert�d as a leaf in
said"Hook of Prof:�les and Grad�s" and said copy shAll have endorsed
thereon, th� nur:lber, date oP passago and a�,�:roval of this ordir•�;nce
adc�tin� and est�zblishing s�id grade.
