S. KRUF,G�R, FOR CERTAIN STRIPS OF LAND IN TATS 7, 14 AND 16, OF R. L. STURDIVANT�S
SUBDIVISI4N, FOR THE EXTII+ISION OF SPRING A�ENUE AND LACEY STREET IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRAI�DEAU, MISSpURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 2AE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Qui.t Claim Deeds from Jamss A. Finch, Jr.� Trustee far
Max�y Potashnick Shcrt, C. A, Hood and Opal Hood, sud Martin C. Krueger and
Ethel 5. Krueger, which deeds convey a strip of land 50 feet �ide through
�ts 7, 14 and 16, R. L. Sturdivant�s S�ibdivision, to create an eXtension of
Spring Avenue from the north line of Bessie Street, north, to the north line
of an existing 15-foot street, running east and w�est bethreen Lots 71�. and 15,
i.n R. L. Sturdivant�s Subdivision, also a strip�af ].and 25 feet wide, which
with �he width of the 15-foot street, aforesaid, �rill create an extension of
Lacey Street, from Clark Avenue west to Spring Avenue, i.n the City of Cape
Girardeau, Misaouri, are hereby accepted by the City Council.
S�CTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
have said deeds placed on record in the land records Af Cape Giraxdeau
County, N'�i.ssouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance sha11 take e�'fect and be in full forc�
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
