BE IT ORDAIIV�D BY THE CITY COUTICIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARD�AU� MISSOtTRI� AS FOLLO�JS:
SECTIOT� 4NE: That Commission Fc�rm Ordinance No. 1253�
passed and appraved an the 2gth day of May� 1950� is hereby
repealed.
SECTION T�TO: That Section � Qf Commissian Form (3rdinance
�a. 800� passed and approved on the 23rd day of July� 1937,
which was repealed by said Commissian Form Ordinance No. 1253�
is hereby reanacted as ariginally adopted so that said
Section 5 of said Commission Form C�rdinance 1Vo. 800 shall be
as follaws :
T'Section 5. �.11 c�f the territrry within the
City of Cape Girardeau� �lissouri lying west
c�f Spr3gg Street and sauth of a �ine parallel
to and 150 feet south af the sauth line of
Independence �treet� shall be and is hereby
designated as District Np. 3 far the purpases
mentioned in Section 2 of this Grdinance. Said
District No. 3 shall be and is b�unded an the
north by a line parallel to and 150 feet sauth
o� `?ndependence Street; on the east by the
center line of Sprigg Street; on the south
by the southern City limits of the City of Cape
Girardeau; Misspuri; and on the west by the
western City limits of said City."
SECTION THRE�: Tha t Section 6 of said Commission Form
Ordinance Td�. 800� which was repealed by said Commission Farm
Ordinance No. 1253� is hereby reenacted as originally adopted
sn that said Section 6 Af said Commission Fc�rm Ordinance No.
800 shall be as fc�llows:
«5ection 6. All of the territ�ry within the
City Qf Cape Girardeau� l�iissc�uri� lying east
of Sprigg Street and south af a line parallel
ta and 150 feet sauth af Independence Street,
shall be and is hereby designated as District
T�o. �+ far the purposes mentioned in Sectian 2
of this Ordinance. Said District Nc�. 4 shall
be and is baunded on the north by a line
parellel to and 150 feet south of the sc�uth
line of Independence Street; on the east by
the Tiississip�i River; on the s�uth by the
sauthern City limits �f the City c�f Cape
Girardeau� T�Ii.ssouri; and on the west by
the center line af Sprigg Street."
SECTIOTI FOUR: All ordinances and parts �f ordinances
in canflict �aith the pr�visions herepf� are hereby repealed.
S�CTIOT� FIVE: This cr dinance shall take effect and be
in force fram and after ten (10) days after its pass�e and
appraval.
