TO THE EDGE OF THi� EXISTING CONCRETE PAVIIviENT AT TIiE SOUTH SIDE OF
WOODLAWN �VENUE IN TH�: CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, N:ISSOURI.
BF, IT ORDAINLD BY THr� COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF CaPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as detern�ined in feet above Mean
Sea Level shall be the grade of ��e center line of Forest Avenue,
from the edge of the existin� concrete pavement at the north side
of Broadway, to the edge of the existing concrete pavement at the
south side of Woodlawn Avenue.
S�CTION 2. Begin at the edge of the existing concrete pave-
ment at the north side of Brc>adway w-ith an elevation of 379•2�;
thence north with a descending grade of 0.5� a distance of 100
feet to an elevation of 37�•70; thence with an ascending grade
of 2.3g� a distance of 138 feet to an elevation of 382.00 at
the concrete paveu�ent at the south side of Woodlawn Avenue.
S�CTIUN 3• All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with this vrdinance are hereby repealed. This or�inance to take
effect and be in full force from and after th d te of its passage.
