STREF.T, IN T�i:� CITY OF Cr�PE GI�tARI?EAU, I�ISSOURI.
B�; IT ORDt�IN� BY TH� COUNCIL OF TF� CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
S�LCTION 1. That the grade as deterinined in feet above Mean
Sea Level shall be the grade of the center line of the aLley
betwecn Good Hope and Morgan Oak Streets, from Spri�;� Street
to Frederick Street.
SECTION 2. Begin at the edge of the exist,ing concrete
pavement at t he east line of Sprigg Street wath an elevation
of k09.27; thence east with a descending grade of 5•�0� a
distance of 150 feet to an elevation of 401.80; thence j+ith
a vertical curve a distance of 100 feet to an elevation of
39�.39; thence with a descending grade of 1.82� a distance
of 128 feet to an elevation of 396.05 at the existing concrete
pavement at the w est line of Frederick Street.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed. This ordinance to take
efPect and be in full force from and after the date of its passage.
