13 E. IN TI� CITY OF C�PE GIRARDE�AU, MISSOURI.
BE IT O��DAINED BY T� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDr�AU,
P�ISSOUftI, AS FOLIAWS:
Section 1. That the plat of Cau�pbell and Wilkinson�s Second
Subdivision, a part of Lots 2, 3 and 4, of Allen�s Subdivis3on
in Outlots 76 and 77, in �I. S. P. Survey Ivo. 2199, T. 31 N.,
nange 13 E., in the City of Cape Girardeau, M�.ssouri, as shown
on the ori�inal plat of said subdivision, dated January 2g, 1955,
which plat was Filed with the City Clerk and City Engineer, and
examined and approved by them, be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved as a subdivision to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid, and signed by W. H.
Cau�pbell� Elbert Wilkinson, Anna K. Cain�bell and Grace Wilkinson,
and acknowledged by a I�'otary Public on tlae 28th day of January, 1955,
the approval of the Cit y Council attested by the seal of the City
of Cape Girardeau, rii�souri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
