COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE N0. ���_
AN ORDI1dANCE ESTABLISHING A NO-PARKING ZONE OI� GOOD
HOPE STREET IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CO��VFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLQWS:
SECTION 1. That from and after the effectine date of this
Ordinance no motor vehicle shall stop, stand or park on that part of the
North side of Good Hope Street be�inning at the West line of the North
and South alley through Block 1�, Ran�e 3 West on the said North side of
Good Hope Street, a distance of 42 feet, the same being the North side
of the 300 block of Good Hope Street.
SECTION 2. That the above described portion of the North side
of Good Hope Street shall be properly desi�nated as a no-parking zone.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
