AAT ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 96 OF COMMISSION FORM
ORDINANCE N0. 1192, PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 31ST
DAY OF MARCH, 1949, ,-BY EXCLIIDING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM THE FIRE LIMITS, AS OUTLINED THEREIN, AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT 0 RDAINED BY TAE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 96 of Commission Form Ordin�tnce No.
ii92 shall be arid the sam� is hereby amended by eacluding the Pollowing
described property from the fire limits of the City of C�pe Girardeau,

All that part of Out Lot Fif ty (50) of U. S. P.
Surney Twenty-One Hundred Ninety-nine (2199) in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, dsscribed as
follo�s, to-wit: be�in at the point where the east
line of Giboney Aivenue intersects the south line of
Hackberrg Street extended eastwardly, said point
being 206.4 feet in an easterly direction from the
point where the east line of Ranney Avenue extended
southwardly intersects the sauth line of Hackberry
Street; thence S. 40� 27� W. , with the east line of
Giboney Avenue, 10l�3.0 feet, more or less, to the
South line of said Out Lot 50; thence S. Slo 58� E. ,
with the south line of said Out Lot 50, 375.7 feet,
more or less, to the center line of the track of
the Missouri PaciPic Railroad; thence N. 30� 57� E. ,
with the center line oP said track, l�1�.l�..5 f�et, more
or less, to the beginning of a !}.� 00� curve to the
left in the center line of �aid track; thence con-
tinue in a northeasterlp direction Kith the center

SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with the provisions hereof are hereb� repealed. But th� provisions of
Se�tion 96 of Commission Form Ordinance No. 1192 above referred to,
which are not amended or changed her�by, ahall remain in fu11 foree
and �ffect.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance ahall take effect and be in full
force from and after t�n days from its passage and approval.
