AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF KELLER AVENDE FftOM
THE NORTH GDTTER :�INE C�' THEMIS STREET TO THE NOftTH CIIRB LINE OF
THILEIIIUS STREET IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRgRllEAU, i�JISSOURI.
B�E IT ORDAINED BY THE CDII�dCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAII,
i�IISSOURI� AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The grade as de�ermined by the following elevations
in feet aaove the Bito�d or Mean Gulf Datum is hereby sstablished as the
grade for the center line of Keller Avenwe from the north gutter line
of Themis Street to the north cu.rb line oP Thilenius Street.
SECTION 2. Begin at a point on the edge of the south gutter line
of Themis Street, said point being 13 feet north oF the center line of
Themis Street, a.nd known as Station 0-02.5, with an elevation of 1,26.60;
thence north wi_th an ascending grade of 1.45� to an elevation of L�,26.78
at Sta,tion 0+10; thence with a vertical curtre to an elevation of 1,.25.63
at Station 0+l,.0 at the end of said eurve; thenee with a descend.ing grade
of 9.12� to an elevation of 1.17.88 at Station 1+25; thence with a vertical
curve to an elevation of /�.1.1..87 at Station 1+75 at the end of said curve;
thence with a deacending grade of 2.93� to an eleva.tion of l+11.28 at
Station 2+97.5; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of L�tO.l,.O
at Station 3+57.5 at the endof s�.id curve; thenee with an ascending
gr�de of 3•00� to an elevation of /a.2.45 at Station I.�+�25; thence with
a vertica,l curve to an elevation of /�.1.5.52 at Station /,�75 at the
end of said curve; thence with an ascending grade of 9.3ag� to an
- elevation of 1,27.15 at Sta,tion 6+00; thence with a vertical cuzve to
an elevation of t�,?9.71 at Station 6+50 at the end of said eurve; thence
�rith an ascending grade of 0.909� to a.n elevation of 431.09 at Station
8+00; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 431.13 at Station
8+70 at the end of said eurve; thenee with a descending grade of 0.772�
to an elevation of 430.32 at Station 9+86.2; thence to an elevation oF
430.00 at Sfi.ation 10+00; thence to a.n elevation oY' /�,29.40 at Sta.tion
10+16.2 at the north curb line of Thilenius Street.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance to be in force and take effect from and after its
passage.
