hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Tnat from and after the efiective date of this
ordinance the polling place for Ward No. 10 in tne City of Cape
Girardeau, P�lissouri shall be the building known as the Helen Hartle
Building located at �1o� 'z�_ South Sprigg Street, Cape Girardeau,
