NISSOURI, AS FOI�LOWS:
SECTION l. T1iat the plat of Riverside Second Subdivision of part
of Lots 8, 9 and I0, of l�iaxgaret Walker�s Subdivi.sion of Outlot 60, in
U. S. Private Survey No. 21g9, in tl�e City of Cape Girardeau �issouri,
as shown on the original plat of said subdivision, dated �/
_,[�, 1953, �ch plat was filed with th e City Clerk and C y En zneer,
and exa�ined and approved by them, be F►nd the same is hereby accepted and
approved as a �ubdivision to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. �
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said pl•at, dated as aforesaid, and signed by the
Riverside Lumber Company, by Wm. J. Kies, its president, attested by
Henry A:. Dalton, its secr tary, and aclazowledged by�a Notary Public
on the ��.day of ��[y R R.,�[_, 1953, the approval of the
City Covncil attested by the seal• of the City of C�pe Girardeau, Nlissouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full f'orce
