part of Outlots 76 and 77, in II . S. Private Survey No . 2199, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown on the original plat
o£ said subdivision, dated October 19, 1954, which plat was filed
with the City Clerk and the City Engineer, and examined and approved
b� them, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTTOi� 2 . Thet the �ity �lerk is hereby authorized and
direeted to endorse upon said original plat, dated as aforesaid a,�d
signed by W. H• Gampbell, Anna I�. Campbell, Elbert Wilkinson and
Grace Wilkinson, and acknowledged before a Nota.ry Public on the
19th day of October, 1954, the approval of the City Council,
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Gia�ardeau, Missouri .
