BE IT ORDAINED BY TH�, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRANDEt�U,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the elevations herein refe-rred to axe in
feet above Nlean Sea Level and describe the grade for the center
line of Sp�nish Street from the center line of t�obert� Streat
to the center line of Green Acres Drive in the City of C�.pe
Girardeau, Niissouri.
SECTION 2. Begin at the center line of .�,oberts Street
with an elevation of 416.00; thence north a distance of 15 feet
to an elevation of 415•$0; thenca with a vertical curve a dist-
ance o� 30 feet to an elevation of L416.57; thence with an ascend-
ing grade of 6.1�5 per cent a distance of 455 feet to an elevation
of L�/+5.88; thence with a vertical curve a distance of 100 feet to
an elevation of 1�1�9.2�.; thence north a distance of 20 feet to an
elevation of l,.la.9.30 at the center line of Green Acres Drive.
SLCTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTIUN 4. This ordinanca to take effect and be in full force
from and after tne date of its passage and approval.
