AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM CLYDE W. HUFF
AND HELEN E. HUFF, HIS WIFE, TO A 5�-FOOT STRIP OF LAND, LYING IN
LOTS 7 and $, BLOCK 5, RODN�Y VISTA, A SUBDIVISION OF OUT LOT 79
IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF I�ITSSOURI, FOR
STREET PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
NISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l. That on the�day of December, 1953, Clyde W. Huff
and Helen E. Huff, his wife, executed a �uit Claim Deed to the City
of Cape Girarde�.u, a municipal corporation, covering the following
described real estate lying, being and situate in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Mi�souri, to-wit:
A strip of land 50 feet in width, lying in Lots 7 and
$, Block 5, Rodney Vista, a subdivision of Out Lot 79, in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of I�Iissouri,
described as follows: Be�in at a point on the north line
of Lot 7, from which point the northwest corner of Lot 7
bears South. 6$° 23t ti�est, 75.0 feet; thence in a southeaster-
ly direction to a point on the south line of Lot 7, from
which point the southwest corner of Lot 7 bears South 630
02t West, 166. 2 feet; thence South 25° 1�3t East, $5.0 feet
to the north line of Vista Lane; thence North 63° 02� East,
along the north line of Vista Lane, 50.0 fe�t; thence North
25° 43t West, �5•0 feet to a point on the south line of Lot
'7; thence North 12° 06t West, 267 feet, more or less, to the
north line of Lot 7; thence South 6$° 23t West, along the
said north line 50.0 feet to the poin�; of beginning.
Section 2. That said property was deeded to the City for street
purposes and is hereby accepted by said City fror� Clyde W. Huff and
Helen E. Huff, his wife, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
, record said deed in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Jackson,
Missouri.
Section 3 . That the real estate herein involved and described
in said Quit Claim Deed is to be used for street purposes only and is
to be known and is hereby designated as , R,�dw�od avAnue • �
Section 1�. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of passage.
