�cruni: sewers in said Sewer i�istrict Tuo. 12-F, shal� be as follows:

previousl�r subrnitted to the Council, are hereby adopted as the plans
ior tne constructioiz of said sewer syste�:i in Sewer District P;o. 12-F--1,
and are b�r the Council ordereu filed in the off'ice of the CitJ Clerk,
of the Cit;r of Cape Gir:�rdeau, I�issouri.
That the specificatio.ls for sanitary trank se��rers in Sewer �istrict
iJo. 12-F, h�;retofore approved b;r the i;ouncil and now on iile in the office
of the Cit;� Clerlt, sha11 be the specific�tions to govern �;he construction
of sanitar� sewers in Se;�Ter Jistrict 1�0. 12-F-1.
SLCTIOId 3. rl'hat the owners of propert�r in Sewer Jis-trict T:o. 12-F-1,
havinU secured a bicl For the construction of said sa;nitary sewers in said
ciistrict, fror� a respo±lsible con�tractor, who shall a�ree to enter into a
contract with bond satisfactor;r to the Council, in wl�iich said contractor
shall agree to perforrai the �rork of the construction in accordance with the
plans and specifica�tions, under the supervision of the City :�t���ineer, and
to pa;;T to the Cit�* of Cape Gir�.rdeau, :��issouri, i'ollowin�;� tne completion
and �.cceptance of the work by the Cit}�, th� cos�t oi en�;in�erin� and
:inspection, snall be perriitted to ;oroceed ��.ith tne construction of said
sewer syste��L, after navin� �i1 s�t Given satisfactor� evidence that the
entire cos-t of �he wor�. above descr°ibed will be paid by them. to the

ilealt�, and shall provide liohts, bairicades and other means to pro�ect
persons and property fros�. injur�T a,nd damage on account of said work, until
the com�aletion and tne acceptance tY-.ereof U�- the City, ancl shall indemnify
the Cit� of Cape Girardeau, �lissouri, a�ai:ist any and all losses by reason
of i�he violatiotz of' this or any other requirements of this ordinance.
S�;CTION 5. '1'hat the Cit�r oi i;ane Girardeau shall_ i�� no event, nor in
ar�y ma.nner whatever, oe liable for oi on account oi the wor'c done in corzstruct-
in said sewer, nor shall the contrac'cor be paia an�r part of the cos�t o:C the
work until satisfactory Evidence has been furnished the vity that all bills
�or ma.terial, ec,ui�r�ent or labor i�ave been paid b� the contracto-r.
