COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE N0. /�
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TRAFFIC DIVSDERS ON
SPANTSH STREET NORTH FROM INDEPENDENCE STRE�ET
AND SOUTH FROM BROADWAY STREET, IN THE CTTY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MSSSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and it fiereby
is authorized to erect traffic dividers similar to the traffic
divider temporarily erected on Spanish Street north of Inde-
pendence Street at said location, and also on Spani�h Street
immediately south of Broadway Street in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 2: From and after the erection of said traffic
dividers, it shall be unlawful for any person to make a left
turn into the parking lot of the A & P Grocery Store from the
righthand lane of traffic on Spanish Street, and it shall be
unlawful for any person to make a left turn from Spanish Street
onto Broadway Street from the righthand lane of Spanish Street.
S�CTION 3. Any person who shall violate any of the
terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished
by a fine o� not less than $1.00 nor more than $100.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
