AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DEED TO A PART OF "GREEN ACRES� A
Su�DIVISION TO THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAu, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
A P�BLIC STREET AND NAMING SAID STREET "OAK LANE",
WHEREAS, George W. Hirsch and Helen Dorothy Hirsch, his wife;
Florence Hirsch Fee and Vernon V. Fee, her hus�and; Alfred G. Hirsch
and Ruby E, Hirsch, his wife, have tendered a Quit Claim Deed dated
October 25, 1957, to the City of Cap�e Girardeau, a Municipal Cor-
poration, for the purpose of establishing a public street over the
following described property, to-wit:
A I I of Lot 4, B I ock 4, and part of Lot I 0, B I ock t� �.,.,w,,,,
Green Acres, described as follows:
Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 4; thence
in a southeast direction to a point on the south line of Lot
10, (same being the north line of Roberts Street� which point
is 12� .�. feet east of the southwest corner of Lot 10; thence
east along the north lire of Roberts Street, 60 feet; thence
in a northwest direction to the southeast corner of Lot 4,
Block 4; thence west along the south line of said Lot 4, 60
feet to the point of begiming, said land being conveyed for
the opening of Oak Lane„
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE �ITY COLINCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE G I RARDEAl1, AS FOLLOWS:
I . That said Deed from George W„ Hirsch and Helen Dorothy Hirsch,
his wife; Florence Nirsch Fee and Vernon V, Fee, her husband; Alfred
G. Hirsch and Ruby E, Hirsch, his wife, dated October 25, 1957, is
hereby accepted by the said City for the establishment of a public
street,
2. That said street shall hence forth be known and named
"Oak Lane" .
3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
its date of passage.
