AN ORDIN,ANCE ACCEPTING DEED FROM OTTO LAMPE AND
HATTIE LAMPE, HIS WIFE, TO CERTAIN LAND IN PART
OF OUTI,OT 75 IN U.S.P. SURVEY N0. 2199, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, FOR STREET
PURPOSES ONL`�.
WHEREAS, Otto Lampe and Hattie Lampe have conveyed by
Quit Clai.m Deed dated July 11, 1957, to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, for street purposes, the following described real
estate situated in the City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape
Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to-wit:
Part of Outlot 75 in U.S.P. Survey No. 2199,
described as follows:
Begin at the southeast corner of Outlot 75; thence
west along the south line of Outlot 75, 305. 2 feet
to the east line of Clark Avenue; thence north along
�he east line of Cl�rk Avenue, lY feet; thence east
parallel to the south line of Outlot 75, 305.2
feet to the east line of Outlot 75; thence south
along the said east line 1$ feet to the point of
beginni�g ; the land herein conveyed is for the
purpose of widening New Madrid Street,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri desires
to accept said +Quit Claim Deed and have the same recorded; NOW
THER£FORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH� CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
accept, and it does hereby accept, a Quit Claim Deed dated
July 11, 1957, for street purposes, from Otto Lampe and Hattie
Lampe, his wife, to the following described real estate in the
City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of
Missouri, to-wit:
Part of Outlot 75 in U.S.P. Survey No. 2199,
described asfollows:
Begin at the southeast corner of Outlot 75; thence
west along the south line of Outlot 75, 305.2 fee�
to the east line of Clark Avenue; thence north
along the east line of C1ark Avenue, 1� feet; thence
east parallel to the south line of Outlot 75,
305.2 feet to the east line of Outlot 75; thence
south along the said east line 1� feet to the
point of beginning. The land herein conveyed is
for the purpose of widening New Madrid Street,
