AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A PLAT OF ST9TLER� S
RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT FIVE IN BLOCK
FOUR OF ftODNEY VISTA SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF OUTLOT 79 IN U. S.P. S. 2199 IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAII, MSSSOURI.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That th� plat of Statler' s Resubdivision
of part of Lot Five (5) in Block Four (4) of Rodney Vista
Subdivision, a subdivision of Outlot 79 in II. S.P. S. 2199 in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shoun ott the original
plat of said resubdivision dated June 26, 1957, which plat was
filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer, and examined
and approved by them, be, and the same is hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to endorse upon said original plat, dated as
aforesaid and s�gned by Lawrence H. Statler and Blanche E.
Statler and acknowledged bef ore a Notary Public on the 26th
day of June, 19`,i7, the approval of the City Council, attested
by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Passed and approved this lst day of July, 1957.
