SECTICPd 1 : That Commissicn ..�or:� Ordinance :vo. 110"�',
passed and approved by the City Council of tne City of i:,ape
Girardeau, l�iissouri on the 2gth day of February, 1949, be,
and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 57 tnereof,
as amended, Sub-section$p , which shall follow immediatel�=
after Sub-section �Q, and which shall read as follows :
"At the intersect�on of Bellevue and
Ellis Streets, a sign shall be located at
or near the southwest corner of the inter-
section witn the word tSTOP� facing west. "
SECTION 2 : Any person who shall violate any of th2
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a
fine of not less than One Dollar ( �1.00) nor more than Cne
Hundred Dollars (j�100.00) , or imprisonment in the city jail
for not less than ten (10) days nor more than three (3)
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment, together with
the costs of prosecution unless otherwise stated and made a
part of tnis ordinance.
