S�'CTION l. That the part of Jane Drive as same exists and
adjoining Lots 1/�, 15, 16, l�, 19, 21 and 22, in :�.andol Second
Sulxlivision, in the City of Cape Girardeau, r�issouri, be and the
same is Y:ereby vacated.
Sr;CTi0P1 2. That the ��a.yor of the City o� Cape Gir�,rdeau,
'�"issouri, is hereby authorized to execute a �uit Clai�i Deed t�
said land described in Section l, above, to the Riverside
Developr�ent Company, a corporation, owner of the lots above
described.
SECTIOPI 3. This ordinance to take efiect and be in full
force frorn and after the effective date following its passage
