SECTION l. That the grade hereinafter described sr_all be the grade of
Park Avenue, along its center line, from the existing concrete pavement at the
north line of Good Hope Street to the existing concrete pavement at the south
line of .:illiam Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, r�;issouri, and is with
reference to �iean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the existing concrete pavement at the north lire of
Good Hope Street with an elevation of 378.1.5; thence north with a descending
grade of 1.33 �, a distance of 25 feet to an elevation of 377.g2; thence with
a vertical curve, a distancE of 100 feet to an elevation of 3?7.73; thence
with an ascending grade of 1.16 �, a distar:ce of 212 feet to an elevation of
380.18 at the existing concrete pavement at the south lir.e of ��Jilliam Street.
SECTION 3, Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTIOI�T !�. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and �fter the effective date following its passage and approval.
