N0. 2199, AND FRL. SECTION 25, T. 31 N., R. 13 E., IN THE CITY �' CA� GIR.ARDEAU,
P�ISSOURI, AND NAMING SA ID STRIFS OF LAND "MASTERS DRIVE" AND "JANET DRIVE".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That �uit Claim Deeds signed by the Cape Girardeau School District,
No. 63, Amiel C. Masters and Alma '�tasters, and the Cape Real Estate and Insurance
Buildir.g, Inc., and acknowledged by Notary Public, which convey to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, certain strips of land in Outlot No. 76, in U. S. Private
Survey No. 2199, and r^rl. Section 25, T. 31 N., R. 13, E., in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes, be and the same are hereby approved and
accepted by the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTIOPJ 2. That the 50 foot strip of land conveyed in the deeds which
follows the north line of U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, from Brookwood Drive to Randol
Avenue shall be known as t1Masters Drive", and the strip of land conveyed which
follows the south side of the school tract, from Randol Avenue, east, shall be
known as "Janet Drivc".
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to have
said Quit Claim Deeds recorded in the land records of Cape Girardeau County,
i�Iissouri.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the effective date following its passage and apr..�oval.
