Development Corporation, by Narvol A. Randol ana Dorothy K. Randol, his wife, and
Fred E. Rawlins and Lillian C. Rawlins, his wifP, to the following described real
estate in the City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girarc'eau and 5tate of Mis-
souri, to-wit:
