AN ORDINANCE AMENDiNG SECTION 1 OF COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE
N0. 1684, PASSED AND APPROVED ON MARCH 15, 1956, BY CHANGING
THE POLLING PLACE IN WARD N0. I FROM CHURCH OF GOD, 1000
BEND ROAD, TO COLES BUILDING AT �'OURTH AND MAIN STREETS, AND
BY CHANGING THE POLLING PLACE IN WARD N0. 4 FROM CITY POLICE
STATION TO C�4PE-ST. LOUIS BUS STATION AT 16 NORTH F1t�DERICK
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRAt�DEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
S�CTION 1: That Section 1 of Commission Form Ordinance
No. 1684, passed and approved on March 15, 1956, be, and the
same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following
words: 1°Ward No. 1 - �hurch of God, 10U0 Bend Road" and
inserting in lieu thereof the following words: "Ward No. 1 -
Coles Building at Fourth and Main Streets'1 , and by striking
therefrom the following words: "Ward No. 4 - City �olice
5tation,'f and inserting in lieu thereof the following words:
"Ward No. 4 - Cape-St. Louis Bus Station, 16 North Frederick
Straet1Q .
SECTION 2: A11 other sections and parts of sections
of said Commission Fonn Ordinance No. 1684 are hereby re-
affirmed.
