BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF' CAPE GIRARD'r.:AU,
�IISSOURI, AS �OI,ZOWS:
SECTION l. That the grade as hereinafter described, shall be
the grade along the north side of an al]e y along the north side of
I,ots 7 to 11, Houck's Subdivision o� part of Hend�rson's Subdivision,
in the .City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, �rom the east line of Benton
Street , east a distance of 235 feet, and is with reference to T�ean
Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the edge of the existing concrete pavement
at the east line o� Benton Street , with an elevation of 403.76; thence
east, with the grade of the existing con�rete gutter a distance of 129.6
feet to an elevation of 414.93 at the end o� said gutter; thence east
a distance of 30.4 feet to an elevation of 414. 7; thence east a distance
of 50 feet to an elevation of 412.9; thence east a distance of 14 feet
to an elevation of 412.6 at the west edge of the existing concret� drive;
thence continue east a.nd with the grade of said drive, 21 �eet, and. there
terminating.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or �. rts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance to take effect and be in �ull force from
and after the ef fective date f ollo�{ing its passr e and approval.
