BE IT ORDAINED BY TH� CITY COUNCIL OF T"H� CITY Or CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSQU�.I, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: Tizat tine plat ot 5ylvan Acres Tizird Subdivision,
a subdivision of a west part of Lot No. fi of Sloan' s Subdivision
of Out lots 6� and 71, U.S.P. Survey No. 21�� , in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said
subdivision dated March 14, 1958, which plat was filed with the
City Clerk and the City Engineer, and examined and approved by
them, be, and the same is h�reby accepted and approvecl.
S�CTION 2: T1�at the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to endorse upon said original plat, dated as
aforesaid and signed by Charlotte P. Zimmermann and Carl A. W.
Zimmermann and acknowledged before a Notary Public on the 14th
day of March, 1958, the approval of the City Council, attested
by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, I�issouri.
