That the Council finds ancl declares that said resolution has been published in the Sou�heast ��issourian, a daily neti�rspaper ;�rinted and pubLished in the City of Ca;�e Girardeau, iiissouri, and doin� the City printing, for seven consecutive issues, and that nore than ten dafs have elapsed since the la.st �ublication thereof in said paper, and that a majority of the resident owners of' lanus liable for the cost of sai� improver:ient at the date oS passage of said resolution aa7d who also oVrn a r.�jority oi the front feet fronting and abuttin� on said im�rovei:ient did not within t en days af�er said last ciate of publication of said resolution, zile with the City Clerk their protest a�ainst the �x.�proveraent 4s reruired by law and ordiizances o� the Cit�.
