AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE N0. 15
PASSED AND APPROVED ON APRIL 25, 1918, BY STRTKING OUT
SECTION $ OF SAID ORDINANCE AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 8.
BE TT ORDAINED B� THE CI3'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURT, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Commission Form Ordinance No. 15,
passed and approved on Apri1 25, 1918, be, and the same hereby
is amended by striking out Section 8 thereof and enacting
in lieu thereof a new section to be known as Section 8, which
shall be as follows:
"SECTION t3: The oftice hours of the City
Clerk shall be from $:00 o'clock in the forenoon
until 12:30 o'clock in the afternoon, and from
1: 00 o'clock in the afternoon until 4:30 o'clock
in the afternoon on Monday through Friday, inclusive, '
of each week, and from 8:00 o'clock in the forenoon
until 12:00 o'clock noon on Saturday on each week,
except that said office sha11 be closed on
Saturdays between the dates of March 15 and
October 1 of each year,"
SECTION 2: This ordinance sha11 take effect and be
in force from and after ten days after its passage and
approval.
