AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEED FROM MAX G. STOVALL AND EVELYN L.
STOVALL, HIS WIF�, AND ROBERTS T. WILLIAMS AND DONNE C. WILLIAMS,
HIS WIFE, AND A DEED FROM WM. R. SIEMERS AND IREDTE L. SIIIKERS,
HIS WIFE, TO PARTS OF OUTLOTS NQ. 75 and 76, IN U.S.P. SURVEY
N0. 2199 , IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, FOR STREET
PURPOSES, AND NAMING SAID STREET tOBROOKWOOD DRIVE.'P
WHEREAS, Max G. Stovall and Evelyn L. Stovall, his
wife, and Roberts T. T�7illiams and Donne C. Williams, his wife,
have conveyed by quit claim deed dated March 17, 1958, to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes, the
following described real estate situated in the City of Cape
Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri,
to-wit:
Part of Outlot No. 75, in U.S. Private Survey
1Vo. 2199, described as tollows:
Begin at the northwest corner of Outlot No. 75;
L-hence S. 7° 30' W. , with the west line of Outlot
No. 75, 29.5 rods (486.75 feet) ; thence S. 84°
E. , parallel to the north line of Outlot No. 75,
1 rod (16.5 feet) ; thence N. 7° 30' E. , parallel to
the west line of Outlot No. 75, 29.5 rods (486.75
feet) to the north line of Outlot No. 75; thence
N. 84° W. , with the north line of Outlot No. 75,
1 rod (16.5 feet) to the point of beginning,
and
WHEREAS, W�n. R. Siemers and Irene L. Siemers, his wife,
by quit claim deed dated March 17, 195�, have convey�d to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes, the
following described real estate situated in the City of Cape
Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to-wit:
Part of Outlot No. 76, in U.S. Private Survey No.
2199, described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Outlot No. 76;
thence S. 8° 22' W. , along the east line of
Outlot No. 76, 461.5 feet; thence S. 73° 52' W. ,
to a point, which point is 33.5 feet west of the
east line of Outlot No. 76, measured perpendicular
to said east line; thence N. 8� 22 ' E. , parallel to
the east line of Outlot No. 76, to a point, from
which point the north line of Outlot No. 76 bears
N. 8° 22' E. , 50 feet; thence in a northwest direction
to a point on the north line of Outlot No. 76, which
point is 73.5 feet west of the northeast corner of
Outlot No. 76; thence east along the north line of
Outlot No. 76, 73.5 feet to the point of beginning.

WHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires
to accept said quit claim deeds and have the same recorded; and
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires
to name the street 'tBrookwood Drive."
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRAKDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION l: That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
accept, and it does hereby accept, a quit claim deed dated
March 17, 1958, from Max G. Stovall and Evelyn L. Stovall, his
wife, and Roberts T. Williams and Donne C. Williams, his wife,
to the following described real estate situated in the City of
Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of
Missouri, to-wit:
Part of Outlot No. 75, in U.S. Private Survey
No. 2199, described as follows:
Begin at the northwest corner of Outlot No. 75;
thence S. 7° 30' W. , wiCh the west line of Outlot
No. 75, 29.5 rods (486.75 feet) ; thence 5. 84°
E. , parallel to the north line of Outlot No. 75,
1 rod (16.5 feet) ; thence N. 7° 30' E. , parallel to
tne west line of Outlot No. 75, 29.5 rods (486. 75
feet) to the north line of Outlot No. 75; thence
N. 84° W. , with the north line of Outlot No. 75,
1 rod (16.5 feet) to the point of beginning,
and that said deed be recorded i.n the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2: That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
accept, and it does hereby accept, a quit claim deed dated
March 17, 1958, from Wm. R. Siemers and Irene L. Siemers, his
wife, to the following desctibed real estate situated in the
City of Cape Gis ardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of
MiSsouri, to-wit:
Part of Outlot No. 76, in U.S. Private Survey No.
2199, described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Outlot No. 76;
thence S. 8° 22' W. , along the east line of
Outlot No. 76, 461.5 fe�t; thence S. 73° 52' W. ,
to a point, which point is 33.5 feet west of the
east line of Outlot No. 76, measured perpendicular
to said east line; tnence N. 8° 22' E. , parallel to
the east line of Outlot No. 76, to a point, from
which point the north line of Outlot No. 76 bears
