AN ORDINANCE REPEALING COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE
N0. 328 , PASSED AND APPROVED ON M AY 8 , 1925 AND
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE MANNER OF
GRADING, MACADAMIZING, ETC."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 : Commission Form Ordinance No. 328 passed and approved
on the 8th day of May, 1925 , and entitled "An Ordinance prescribing
the manner of grading , macadamizing , graveling , guttering , curbing ,
paving , and improving streets , avenues or other highways , or recon—
structing or repairing the same , providing for the issuing of tax
bills to pay for such work , providing for the payment of such tax
bills , defining the duties of certain officers of the city relating
thereto , and repealing Commission Form Ordinance No. 50" is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall takeeffect and be in force
from and after ten days after its passage and a�{soval .
