SECTIOI�T 1. That the revised estz�ate of cost for the construction of a
system of Sanitary Sewers to be used in the disposal of sanitary sewage in the
territory defined as Sewer District I�o. 12 P, a subdivision of Sewer District No.
12, in the City of Cape Girardeau, �issouri, said estimate of cost being dated
October 29, 1959, prepared by the City Engineer, and now on file in the of"ice
of the City Clerk, shall be adopted as the estia�te of cost in lieu of the estimate
of cost first adopted by Commission Form Ordinance �o. __ic;ly , passad and
approved on the � c> day of (C .� ,t _ , 1959. Said revised estiaiate
of cost shall become the governin�te as referred to by the said Conmission
Form Ord inance No. %�' �
S=�CTION 2. That S,CTION 9, of Con,L:.is�ion Forz�� Ordinance �to. ��/� , aforesaid
shall be amended to contain a date of _/✓����� ��_� 1959, as the
date for receiving and consideration of bicls �iy the City Council.
SECTI��N 3. That all oth.er pronisions of said Comraission Form Ordinance No. �y l
shall remain in full force.
S_:CTION /�. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
the effective date following its pas�age and approval.
