S"�`CTION l. That the �uit Claim Deed signed by Lester Rha�es and ?�Iillie
Rhodes, husb3nd and wife, and First Federal Savings and Loan AsSociation, da�ed
April 2, 1959, and acknowledged by notary public, which deed conveys to the City
of Cape Girardeau, '�..issauri, for street purposes the following described land:
Part of Lot 2 in the Rodney L�00 Arnen tract in U. S. F. Survey No. 2199,
described as follows:
Begin 3.t a point on the east line of said Lot 2, 120 feet soutk� o£ the southeast
corner of Lot 5, Blk. l, Edgewoc�d Addition; thence west parallel to the south line of
Edgewood Addition, 333.5 feet to the east line of Edgewood Road; thence south along the
east line of Edgewood Road 50 feet; thence east parallel to the south line of Edgewood
Addition 333.5 feet to the east line of Lot 2; thence north along the said east line, 50
feet to the point oi beginning, same to be known as "Jan Drive", also, begin at a point
on the e�st line of Lot 2, 170 feet south of the southeast corner of Lot 5, �lock 1,
Edgewood Addition; thence west parallel tu the south line of �'dgewood Addition, 50 feet;
thence south parallel to the east lige of said Lot 2, 335 feet; thence east para?leI to
the south line of Edgewood 4ddition 10 fee�; thenc� south paral�el to the east line of Lot
2, 223 feet, ±, to the north line of BlooFnfield Road; thence east along the nort� line of
Bloor�field Road 40 feet to the east line of Lot 2; thence north along the east line of
Lot 2, to the poznt of beginning, same to be known as "Nancy Lane", be and the same
is hereby a�proved and accepted by the said Council. �
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to have said
�uit Clai:n Deed recorded in the land records of the County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SFCTIOlVT 3. That the streets above described shall hereafter be k�awn as "Jan
Drive" and "Nancy Lane".
SECTIOf� L�. That this ordinance shal]_ take effect and be in fu11 force fro�
and after the effective date fo�lowing its pas,age and appraval.
