Missouri corporation, have conveyed by quit-claim deed dated
the lst day of April, 1959 , to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, for street purposes only, the following described
real estate situated in the City of Cape Girardeau, County of
Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to-wit:

All that Part of Lot 5, R. L. Wilson' s Subdivision
of Outlot No. 74, in U. S . Private Survey No. 2199 ,
including part of Brothers ' Subdivision, described
as follows : Begin at a point on the west line of
Outlot No. 74, from whiclz point the S .W. corner of
Brothers ' Subdivision bears S. �° W. 8 . 6 feet, and
tne N.�. corner of Brothers ' Subdivision bears N.
9° E. , 176.9 feet; thence in an easterly direction,
along a line which shall hereafter be called the north
line of Marietta Street, to a point in the center of
Perryville �oad, at the southeast corner of the Tom
Brothers tract, and the S.E. corner of Lot S, R. L.
�tiTilson' s Subdivision, marked by a cross in the center
of the existing concrete pavement on Perryville
Road, bears S . 12° 15 ' r�. , 309.1 feet; thence south-
eastwardly, along the center of Perryville Road to
a point which is 30 feet south of the north line of
Marietta Street, heretofore described, extended
east, which distance is measured perpendicular there-
to; thence in a westerly direction, parallel to and
30 feet south of the said north line of Marietta
Street, to the west line of Outlot 74; thence north
along the west line of Outlot 74, 30 feet to the point
of beginning, excepting therefrom the right-of-way
of the Perryville R��ad. T�ie land herein conveyed
is for the purpose of establishing the boundaries
of Marietta Street and making said street a uniform
width of 30 feet,
and,
j�IHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires
to accept said quit-claim deed and have the same recorded;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: That the City of Cape Girardeau accept,
and it do�s hereby accept, a quit-claim deed, dated the lst
day of April, 1959, for street purposes only, from Burwell Fox
and Hele� C . Fox, his wife; W. �. Merideth and Hilda J
Merideth, his wife; Porter K. Stubbs and Mrs . P. K. (Edna)
Stubbs, his wife; James Hugh Logan and Marietta Logan, his
wife; Donald Thiele and Mrs . Donald (Anna Bell) Tl�iele,
his wife; Melvin Brothers and Thelma Brothers , his wife;
Lee J. Slusher and Anna D. Slusher, his wife; Robert Fulton
White and rranchon Palsgrove t�hite, his wi�e; Bertha E.

following described real estate in the City of Cape Girardeau,
County of Cape Girardeau, and State o= Missouri, to-wit:
Al1 that part of Lot 5, R. L. Wilson' s Subdivision
of Outlot No. 74, in U. S . Private Survey No. 219a ,
including part of Brothers ' Subdivision, described
as follows : Begin at a point on the west line of
Outlot No. 74, from which point tne S .jA?. corner of
Brothers ' Subdivision bears S . 9° W. 8. b feet, and
the N. W. corner of Broti�ers ' Subdivision bears N.
9° E. , 176.9 feet; thence in an easterly direction,
along a line which shall hereafter be called the north
line of Marietta Street, to a point in the center of
Perryville Road, at the southeast corner of the Tom
Brothers tract, and the S . E. corner of Lot 5, R.
L. tailson's Subdivision, marked by a cross in the
center of the existing concrete pavement on Perry-
ville Road, bears S. 12° Z5 ' E. , 309.1 feet; thence
satheastwardly, along the center of P�rryville Road
to a point which is 3� feet south of the north line
of Marietta Street, heretofore described, extended
east, which distance is measured perpendicular
thereto; thence in a westerly direction, parallel to
and 30 feet south of the said north line of Marietta
Street, to the west line of Outlot 74; thence north
along the west line of Outlot 74, 30 feet to the
point of beginning, excepting therefrom the right-of-
way of the Perryville Road. The land izerein conveyed
is for the purpose of establishing the boundaries
of Marietta Street and malcing said street a uniform
width of 30 feet;
and that said deed be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
