AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEED FROM W. H.
MEYSTEDT TO A PART OF OUTLOT N0. 43, IN U.
S. PRIVATE SURVEY N0. 2199 , IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, FOR STREET PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , W. H. Meystedt nas conveyed by quit-claim
deed dated the 13th day of January, 1959, to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes only, the
following described real estate situated in the City of
Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of
Missouri, to-wit:
All that part of Outlot No. 43, in U. S .
Private Survey No. 2199, described as follows :
Begin at the southeast corner of Outlot No.
43; thence North along the east line of Out-
lot 43 to a point on the south line of Block
2, Glenn Place, extended east; thence west,
3l� feet, more or less , to the southeast corner
of Block 2, Glenn Place; thence south to a point
on the south line of Outlot 43, which point is
30 feet west of the sou�heast corner of Out-
lot 43; thence east along the south line of
Outlot 43, 30 feet to the beginning corner.
The land herein conveyed is for the purpose of
widening West End Boulevard;
and,
WHEREAS, The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires
to accept said quit-claim deed and have the same recoded;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City of Cape Girardeau accept,
and it does hereby accept, a quit-claim deed, dated the
13th day of January, 1959, for street purposes only, from
i�T. H. Meystedt to the following described real estate in
the City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and
State of Missouri, to-wit:

All that part of Outlot No. 43, in U. S. Private
Survey No. 2199, described as follows: Begin
at the southeast corner of Outlot No. 43; thence
North along the east line of Outlot 43 to a point
on the south line of Block 2, Glenn Place, ex-
tended east; thence west, 30 feet, more or less,
to the southeast corner of Block 2, Glenn Place;
thence south �o a point on the south line of
Outlot 43, which point is 3U feet west of the
southeast corner of Outlot 43; thence east along
the south line of Outlot 43, 30 feet to the
beginning corner. The land herein conveyed is
for the purpose of widening d,lest End Boulevard;
and that said deed be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
