AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PLAT OF EDGEWODD HIGHLANDS, THIRD
SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF LOT 2 OF THE RODNEY
40t�-ARPEN TRACT IN U. S. P. SURVEY 2199, T. 30 N. , R. 13 E. , IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAIN�D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 : That the plat of Edgewood Highlands, Third
Subdivision, a subdivision of a part of Lot 2 of the Rodney
400-Arpen Tract in U. S. P. Survey 2199, T. 30 N. , R. 13 E. , in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown on the original
plat of said subdivision dated March 28, 1959, which plat was
filed with the City Clerk and City Engineer and examined and
approved by them, be, and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2 : That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to endorse upon said original plat, dated as
aforesaid and signed by Joseph R. Kuss, Lillian Kuss and
Frances T. Kuss, and acknowledged before a Notary Public on the
28th day of March, 1959, the approval of the City Council,
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Passed and approved this 20th day of April, 1959 .
