BE IT Q�.DAIA�D EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OI' CAPE GffcARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLT.OWS:
SECTION 1. That a �uit Claim Deed dated March 17, 1959, and signed
by Fred E. Rawlins and Lillian C. Rawlins, attested by notary public,
which conveys to the City of Ca.pe Girardeau, Missauri, for street purposes
the following parcel of land:
All that part of Lot 6 of R. L. Wilson�s Subdivision of Outlot '7l� in
U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described
as follows, to=wit: Com�nence at the intersection of the south property line
of Bertling Street and the center line of Ferryville Road; thence N. �5°
11�� E. witb the south line of Bertling Street, 55�.g feet for a point of
beginning; thence continue N. 85° ll,.� E. with the south line of Bertling
50 feet to a corner; thence S. 4° /�6' E, at rieht angles to Bertling Street
436,4 feet; thence S. 82° 30' W., 50.1 feet to a corner; thence N. 4° 46' W.,
43g.g5 feet to the point of beginning,
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk instructed to have said deed recorded
in the larxl records for Cape Girardeau County, Mo.
SEGTION 2, That the land a�ove conveyed shall be used for street
purposes and said street shall be known as "Oxford Drive".
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the effective date follow:�.ng its passage and approval.
