AN ORDINANCE APpHOVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A SYSTIIK OF
SANITAftY SEWERS IN 5�,��G�1ER DISTRICT N�. 12-D-1A, ESTABLISHING THE; BOUNDARIES
OF S�EWER DISTRICT N0. 12-D-1A, AND AUTHORIZING THE C�iNERS OF PROPERTY IN
SAID SEWER DISTRICT 3'0 CONSTRUCT S�AN� UNDER PRIyATE CONTRACT, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFiE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, I�ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the plans and specifications for the construction of
a system of sanitary sewers in Setrer District No. 12-D-1A, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, prepared by John R. Walther, and on file in the
oYfice of the City Clerk are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 12-D-1A shall
be as follows:
Part of Outlot Nos. $2 and g7, in U. S. Private Survey No. 2199,
de$cribed aa Pollaws:
Begin at the extrems east corner of a tract of land as sa�ne is
described in a deed recorded in Book 11�0 at pa�e 630, in the land records
of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, said point being in the xest right-of-
way line of Missouri State Route 3{; thence S. 32° 4U' W., along the said
west right-of-r�ray line 525.8 feet; thence N. 67' 28' W., 150 feet; thence
N• 32° 4�' E., 525.8 Yeet, more or less, to the north line oP a tract of
land as sams is described in a deed recorded in Book 140 at page 63o in
the land recorda of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; thence continne N.
32° 40' E., 160 feet; thence S. 67° 28' E., 150 feet to the west right-
of-way line of Missouri State Route SK; thence in a southr►est dircction
along said weat right-of-way line 160 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.
�CTION 3. That the owners of the property lying in Sewer District
No. 12-D-1A are hereby authorized to proceed with the construction oY
said ser+er syatem, provided said construction shall be in accordance
with the plans and specificationa and to the satiafaction af the Miasouri
State Highway Co�ission and the City of Cape Girardesu, Missouri.
SECTION k. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in Yull
force from and after ten daya folloxing its passage and approval.
