AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF HOLLAND HILLS
A PART OF OUTLOT 76 IN U . S . P. SURV EY NO . 2199
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the plat of Holland Hills , a part of Outlot 76
in U. S. P. Survey No . 2199 in the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri ,
as shown on the original plat of said subdivision , dated the 23rd
day of September , 1963, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is hereby
accepted and approved .
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by
Wm. J . Kies , Jr. , President of Riverside Land and Investment Company
on the 23rd day of September, 1963 , the approval of the City Council ,
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
