AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF EDGEWOOD HIGHLANDS
:SIXTH SUBDIVISION, A PART OF LOT 2 OF THE RODNEY 400
ARPEN TRACT IN U . S . P. S . N0. 2199 IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the plat of Edgewood Highlands Sixth Subdivision,
a part of Lot 2 of the Rodney 400 Arpen tract in U. S. P. S. No . 2199
in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , as shown on the original plat
of said subdivision , dated the 2nd day of July, 1963 , which plat was
filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined and
approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved .
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by
Joseph R . Kuss , Lillian Kuss and Frances T. Kuss , on the 2nd day of
July , 1963 , the approval of the City Council , attested by the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
