COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE N0. ��3 � �S
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO
CENTRAL MATERIALS CORPORATION , a CORPORATION ,
TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENT OF THAT PART OF ALBERT
RASCHE DRIVE FROM RANDOL AVENUE TO DAVID STREET
WHEREAS , by contract duly authorized by o�dinance Central Materials
Corporation agreed with the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri to improve
that part of Albert Rasche Drive from Randol Avenue to David Street
and to complete said improvement within one hundred twenty days , and
WHEREAS , due to the inability to work on account of weather con—
ditions and other city work , and
WHEREAS , said contractor has requested the City Council to grant
it an additional sixty days within which to complete said improvement ,
now therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That Central Materials Corporation, a Corporation,
contractor for the improvement of Albert Rasche Drive from Randol
Avenue to David Street , is hereby given an extension of time until
October 22, 1963 within which to complete said improvement with the
City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
