BE IT OFtDAINED BY THE CCUNCIL OF THE CITY QF CAPE GfftA�tDEAU,

SEGTICN 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade for the center of Jefferson Avenue, from the center of
Louisiana Avenue to the center of PRissouri Aver,ue, in the city of
Cape Girardeau, l�iissouri, and is with reference to i�ean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the existing concrete pavement at the
center of Louisiana Avenue, which point for the purpose of this
description shall be known as Station 0+00, with an elevation of
373.53; thence west, with a vertical curve to an elevation of 372•14
at Station C�+50; thence with a vertical curve to an elevaticn of
372.20 at Station 1+70; ther,ce with an ascending grade of 5.b7 �
to an elevation of 379.5� at Station 3+00; thence with a vertical
curve to an elevati�r. of 3E31 .00 at Station 3+ 50; thence to an
elevation of 3�1.OU at Station 3+54.7 at the center of Missouri
Avenue.
SECTI�N 3. That this ordinance shall ta.ke eff'ect and be in
full force from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
