BE IT ORDAIN�D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF CAi'E GIRA,'�DEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLt�r�S:
��C'PIGN 1 . That the �iuit Claim Deed signed by �I. H. Meystedt, dated
the 24th day of July, 1963, which conveys to the Citg of Cape Girardeau,
Nissouri, the follawing described land:
Fart of Outlot 43, in U. S. Private Survey No. 2199, described as
follaws:
Begin at a point on the soutri line of Jefferson Avenue at its intersection
with the east line of Louisiana Avenue, extended south; thence south parallel to
West End Boule vard to the north line of Coll�ge Street; tY�ence west along the
north line of College Street 60 feet; thence north parallel to West End Boulevard
to the south line of Jefferson Avenue; thence east along the north line of
Jeffersor, Avenue 60 feet to the point of beginning, be and the sa�ne is accepted
by the Council of tY�e City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as the extension of
Louisiana Avenue, from Jefferson Avenue to College Street.
SECTI0�1 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
have said deed recorded in the land records of Cape Girardeau Gounty, h;issouri.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
