BE IT ORDAINED bY TH� COUtvCIL OF THE CITY QF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLGWS:
S�CTIGN 1 . That the grade as hareinafter described shall be the grsde
for the center of Themis Street, from Clark Avenue, west, 735.7 feet, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, I�Iissouri, and is with reference to l�ean Sea I,evel,
SECTION 2. Beg3n at the existing concrete pavement at the west gide
of Clark Avenue, which point for the purpose of this description shall be
knvwn as Station 0+08, with an elevation oF 369.57; thence west, with a
deacending grade of 0.71� � to an elevation of 367.k0 at Station 3+C�0;
thence to an el.evation of 367.k0 at Station 3+50; thence with a descending
grade of 0.9 % to an elevation of 3�6.50 at Station 4+50; thence with an
ascending grade of 0.53 � to an elevation of 367.10 at Station 5+b3.5;
thence to an elevation of 367.10 at Station 5+b8.2; thence with a
descending grade of 1.U2 � to an elevatior� of 366.51 at Station 6+25;
thenee with a nertical curve to an elevation of 3�.5 a� St�tion 7+25;
ther!ee to an el�vativn oi 366.6 at Station 7+�5.7 at the end of the
existing concrete pavement.
SECTIC�N 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after 10 days followin.g it� passage and approval.
